Abstract

© 2016, Allergy Society of South Africa. All rights reserved. Atopic eczema (AE) is a chronic and often debilitating skin disorder with a high prevalence in young children. This article briefly highlights management strategies that can be used at a primary healthcare level to control AE severity and improve quality of life.
