Abstract

In this paper, we derive some common α-fuzzy fixed point results for fuzzy mappings under generalized almost F-contractions in the context of a controlled metric space, which generalize many preexisting results in the literature. As an application, we establish some multivalued fixed point results. For justification of our results, we provide a nontrivial example.
