Abstract

The objective of this manuscript is to present distance mappings, particularly gamma-k distance mappings. By employing these mappings, we can successfully implement considerable contractions on a mapping f: Z → Z. To illustrate the significance and practical relevance of our research, we provide a noteworthy example and application. Our findings expand and generalize existing results in the literature.
