Optical solitons with Kudryashov's arbitrary form of refractive index and generalized non-local nonlinearity

Abstract

The current paper obtains soliton solutions to the governing nonlinear Schrödinger's equation that is considered with Kudryashov's arbitrary form of refractive index along with two forms of nonlocal nonlinear forms of nonlinearity. A complete spectrum of soliton solutions has been recovered. This is accomplished by the aid of modified Kudryashov's method together with an addendum to it. The existence criteria for such solitons are also enumerated.
