Abstract

This paper recovers stationary optical solitons for the newly established cubic–quartic form of nonlinear refractive index together with nonlinear chromatic dispersion. The study is extended to the generalized form of cubic–quartic nonlinearity and later with generalized temporal evolution. The extended Jacobi's elliptic function expansion is implemented in all cases to recover the stationary solitons.
